Flu Prevention

1. Drink (3) cups green tea daily
2. Eat 1 oz. Coconut butter or Coconut oil daily
3. Eat ½ sweet potato daily
4. Stay hydrated, drink up to 4-6 cups filtered water a day
5. Steam cook and eat (5) spears asparagus daily.
